Local support with our own service technicians
We provide installation, maintenance and service with our own service technicians and with fully trained and certified partner technicians. Compliance is of the highest importance – we meet industry regulations and safety standards. We offer comprehensive, all-inclusive and customer-tailored service packages including remote and on-site support. Our technicians also offer customer-tailored training on how to operate our RVMs.
While service and maintenance programs can be tailored the gross list of services includes but is not limited to:

Remote monitoring and correction:
24/7 monitoring of machine status and performance, and remote intervention when needed. - 2
Customer remote support:
Providing assistance and guidance to users regarding maintenance practices and troubleshooting issues. - 3Preventive Maintenance:
Regular inspections and scheduled servicing to secure optimal operations and prevent breakdowns. This may involve a change of wear parts and adjustments. - 4
Corrective Maintenance:
Repair tasks performed after a failure, aimed at restoring equipment functionality within the agreed service level time. - 5
Training:
When we deliver and install our RVMs we also offer training to the store staff to enable efficient operations of the machines.
